Warranty

From the date of purchase, Naturnest will, at its discretion, replace defective parts free of charge for a period of one year. Replacement parts will be provided, and installation is the customer's responsibility.

This warranty applies exclusively to customers who have purchased the product directly from Naturnest or from an authorized dealer, and excludes second-hand purchases.

For purchases made through an authorized dealer, proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

Products sold by Naturnest but not branded under Naturnest are subject to the warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer.

A limited warranty may apply to certain reduced or discontinued models; this will be explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

As long as your vehicle has a suitable roof rack or crossbars, a Naturnest roof tent can be mounted on about 95% of all vehicles.

A Naturnest roof tent can be set up and taken down in under a minute. We place great importance on quick assembly and high-quality workmanship.

Naturnest roof tents have undergone extensive weather resistance tests and are designed to withstand harsh environments and extreme weather conditions.

Naturnest roof tents can be mounted on most commercially available roof racks and crossbars.
Roof tents are designed for mounting on crossbar systems; we recommend using at least two crossbars.
The dynamic weight capacity (DWC) of the roof rack – i.e., the weight the rack can safely carry while driving – must be at least equal to the weight of the roof tent.

Naturnest roof tents are designed so that bed linen and a thin blanket or sleeping bag can remain in the tent when closed.
If the side straps no longer close or you have to sit on the tent to close it, this can lead to permanent damage to the tent and significantly shorten the life of the zipper (usually the zipper breaks first).
Memory foam mattress toppers are not suitable as they prevent proper closing of the tent and can cause permanent, irreparable damage.

Our best tips to keep you and your tent dry
1) Ventilate your tent well
The most effective method against condensation is good ventilation to reduce humidity in the tent.
Check your tent for lower and upper vents and open them to allow moist air to escape.
If weather conditions permit, leave the upper and lower door areas open, while the mesh inserts can remain closed.
Also, make sure that rear vents are fully open and not blocked by bags or sleepers.
2) Store wet gear outside
Towels, shoes, rainwear, swimwear, or wet fishing gear should not be stored inside the tent.
Use shoe bags and, if necessary, a clothesline to hang wet items outside to dry.
3) Do not use heaters
Heating the tent air increases humidity, as warm air can hold more water.
In addition, evaporation and body heat release additional moisture.
Instead of heating the tent, we recommend suitable clothing and high-quality sleeping bags to stay warm.
4) Open windows
An open window and/or a small fan ensures the necessary air circulation and prevents warm, humid air from condensing on the tent fabric.
5) Keep your distance from bodies of water
Proximity to lakes, rivers, or other bodies of water increases humidity.
Keeping a greater distance from the water can help significantly reduce condensation.
6) Bring spare towels
Under certain weather conditions, condensation cannot be completely avoided.
Use the measures mentioned above to reduce it and keep a spare towel handy to simply wipe away moisture.
