This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the Naturnest Germany / Europe store.


1. Shipping Areas & Costs

1.1 Delivery Areas

Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping within Germany.

European Shipping:
We ship to most European countries (excluding Cyprus, Malta, and Iceland).

United Kingdom (UK):
Shipping to the United Kingdom is also available.

Non-Deliverable Regions:
At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Cyprus

  • Malta

  • Iceland

If your location is outside our standard delivery areas, please contact our customer service team for an individual shipping solution.


1.2 Shipping Costs

  • Germany: Free shipping

  • Europe (excluding Germany): Flat shipping fee of €100

  • United Kingdom (UK): Flat shipping fee of €100

All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

2.1 Shipping Methods

Shipping methods are automatically assigned based on the product type and cannot be manually selected.

  • Rooftop Tents:
    Shipped via standard parcel service using truck transportation (e.g. DHL, DPD, UPS).

  • Awnings, Sunshades & Accessories:
    Shipped via freight carriers (palletized or consolidated freight).


2.2 Delivery Timeframes

  • Germany:
    Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Other European Countries & UK:
    Estimated delivery within 2–7 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, order volume, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


2.3 Freight Delivery Notes (Rooftop Tents Only)

  • Delivery is curbside only (not to your door or inside the premises).

  • Drivers are not obligated to assist with unloading.

  • Please ensure sufficient assistance is available to receive and unload the shipment.

  • If delivery fails due to unavailable recipients or unloading issues, additional return or redelivery fees may apply.


2.4 Delivery Appointment & Signature Requirement

  • For freight deliveries (rooftop tents), the carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment.

  • An adult must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available for freight shipments.

  • Please ensure your contact phone number is accurate to avoid delivery delays.


3. Order Tracking & Shipping Protection

3.1 Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment via the “Track Your Order” section on our website.
