From the date of purchase, Naturnest will, at its discretion, replace defective parts free of charge for a period of one year. Replacement parts will be provided; installation is the customer's responsibility.

This warranty applies exclusively to customers who have purchased the product directly from Naturnest or from an authorized dealer, and excludes used purchases.

For purchases made through an authorized dealer, proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

Products sold by Naturnest but not branded Naturnest are subject to the warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer.

For certain reduced or discontinued models, a limited warranty may apply; this will be expressly stated at the time of purchase.
