Warranty

From the date of purchase, Naturnest will, at its discretion, replace defective parts free of charge for a period of one year. Replacement parts will be provided, and installation is the customer's responsibility.

This warranty applies exclusively to customers who have purchased the product directly from Naturnest or from an authorized dealer, and excludes second-hand purchases.

For purchases made through an authorized dealer, proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

Products sold by Naturnest but not branded under Naturnest are subject to the warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer.

A limited warranty may apply to certain reduced or discontinued models; this will be explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via a shipping carrier.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
